KINS 3260 - Theory of Coaching Strength and Conditioning2 unit(s) (Formerly PHED 3260) The role of strength and conditioning for athletes with the primary emphasis on application for coaches to include weight room management, safety, exercise techniques, program design, and other aspects of a comprehensive training program. Limited to junior and senior Kinesiology majors.
Prerequisites: BIOL 1010/1020, ZOOL 2250, ZOOL 2235.
