AGST 3100 - Leadership and Labor Issues in Agriculture3 unit(s) (Formerly Professional Development in Agriculture II) Introduces students to leadership and labor issues in the food and agriculture industry. The course provides students with an overview of labor productivity and practices pertinent to agribusiness and farm operations. Students will observe, practice, and develop leadership skills necessary to succeed as managers in a variety of agricultural settings.
