GEND 4250 - Sex, Gender, and Sexuality in Film (WP)3 unit(s) Exploration of how film generates and articulates our understandings of sex, gender, and/or sexuality. We will apply theories and methods used in contemporary gender/sexuality scholarship to the analysis of selected films. A specific film genre may be indicated in the Class Schedule. Different topics may be taken for credit.
Satisfies upper-division writing proficiency requirement.
Prerequisites: Completion of the Writing Proficiency Screening Test with a passing score.
