PSCI 3304 - Leadership for Public Service (WP)4 unit(s) Course is designed to introduce students to the importance of the administrative process, and the role that leadership plays in public administration and public service. Specific areas of examination include the relationship between bureaucratic and leadership theory, organization theory, personnel administration, fiscal and budgetary policy, and regulatory administration.
Satisfies upper-division writing proficiency requirement.
Prerequisites: Completion of the Writing Proficiency Screening Test with a passing score and PSCI 1201.
