LIBS 2010 - Reflections on Classroom Environments3 unit(s) The course is geared towards candidates who have completed at least 1 year of professional or volunteer experiences in K-8 educational spaces, and are able to connect these experiences with course material. Course topics include: reading assessments, reading methods for inclusive classrooms, digital literacy, principals of effective classroom management, positive and safe classroom environments, building impactful relationships with students and families.
Prerequisites: Consent of instructor. Candidates must be at a junior or senior level, and have at least 1 year of professional or volunteer experiences in a K-8 educational space, or have taken LIBS 3200.
