CS 3500 - Human-Centered Design3 unit(s) Introduction to the principles of usability and human-centered design, with a particular emphasis on the design of software and WWW interfaces. Human cognition and perception abilities and limits and their effects on design. How to design, prototype, and evaluate user interfaces using a variety of methods.
Satisfies G.E. area UD-B. Upper Division G.E. courses are designed to be taken after upper-division status (completion of 60 semester units) is attained.
