Applies principles of community organization, planned change, and strategic planning to develop, implement, and evaluate health services, education, and preventive programs
Satisfies upper division writing proficiency requirement.
Prerequisites: HSCI 3100 and completion of the Writing Proficiency Screening Test with a passing score.
