ENGL 4010 - Introduction to Rhetoric

(Formerly ENGL 3011) Study the art of persuasive speaking, writing, and information design. Apply classical and contemporary rhetorical theory to analyze diverse media and current issues. Practice creating effective oral, written, and visual communications for school, career, and life.

Satisfies G.E. area UD-C. Upper Division G.E. courses are designed to be taken after upper-division status (completion of 60 semester units) is attained.

Prerequisites: Junior standing and ENGL 2000 or equivalent.
