NURS 3320 - Pre-licensure Nursing Leadership and Management (WP)

Theories of leadership, management, organization, planned change, organizational decision making and power are applied to issues at the patient and unit level.

Satisfies upper-division writing proficiency requirement.

Prerequisites: Completion of the Writing Proficiency Screening Test with a passing score. Admission to the Pre-licensure Nursing program. Students must follow curricular roadmap for pre-licensure nursing.
