NURS 2000 - Health Assessment

(3 Units)

(Formerly NURS 3000) Assists the student in assuming responsibility for assessing the health status of individuals. Focus is on acquiring the skills and abilities required when obtaining a health history and performing a health assessment.

Prerequisites: Admission to the pre-licensure nursing program and students must follow curricular roadmap.

Hours: (Lecture, 2 hours; laboratory, 3 hours)
