KINS 3800 - Sport and Exercise Psychology(3 Units) (Formerly PHED 3800, Sport Psychology: Concepts and Applications) Course examines theoretical and practical applications of psychological factors in sport and exercise settings. Topics such as personality, motivation, anxiety, imagery, goal setting, exercise adherence, and overtraining are explored. Limited to junior and senior Kinesiology majors.
Prerequisites: BIOL 1010/1020, ZOOL 2250, ZOOL 2235.
