HIST 4250 - In Search of Human Nature

This course for prospective teachers will explore both historical and contemporary debates on human nature, i.e., are human behavior and society shaped by nature (biology) or nurture (environment), and what are the implications of this for education? Designed specifically for future teachers. (LIBS Integrative: Social Inquiry)

Prerequisites: Two semesters of college-level history or consent of instructor.
