GEOL 2102 - Principles of Geology Laboratory

Laboratory to accompany GEOL 2000, GEOL 2100, or GEOL 2400. Classification of minerals and rocks; reading and interpreting topographic and geologic maps; studies of selected problems in plate tectonics, structural geology, groundwater, and mass movement.  Pre or corequisite:  GEOL 2000, GEOL 2100, or GEOL 2400. [Required for Geology majors and those seeking a teaching credential under the science waiver program; otherwise optional.]

Hours: (Laboratory, 3 hours, including a field trip.)
