NURS 4410 - Community Health Nursing Practicum

(3 Units) Clinical experience in community health settings under the leadership of nursing faculty. Focus is on population-based health care. Students analyze community determinants of health and case manage clients. (Formerly NURS 3410) Corequisites: NURS 4400. Prerequisites: Admission to the Nursing program, RN-BSN students must take NURS 4400 and pre-licensure students must follow curricular roadmap or consent of instructor.
