JOUR 4940 - Journalism Internship

(1-4 Units) Designed for students in journalism who want to apply their educational experience as an intern in a public or private organization. The experience will be under the joint supervision of the organization and the department; this supervision must be arranged prior to registration. May be repeated for a total of 6 units. Prerequisites: JOUR 2150, completion of 9 units of JOUR 3012, JOUR 3112, and/or upper division units in Journalism or Communication Studies, junior standing and consent of instructor.
