ZOOL 4630 - Ornithology

(4 Units) Behavior, classification, economic importance, evolution, life histories, migration, and special modifications of birds. Identification in field and laboratory. This course is acceptable for section 1.c requirement for the major. Prerequisites: BIOL 1050 and BIOL 1150 or consent of instructor. (Lecture, 2 hours; laboratory, 6 hours; field trips) (Spring of alternate years)
