BOTY 3130 - Morphology of Plants, Algae, and Fungi

(4 Units) A comparative study of the structure, development, ecology, evolutionary relationships and economic importance of plants, algae, and fungi. This course is acceptable for section 1.c requirement for the major. (Formerly BOTY 3100 and 3120) Satisfies the departmental diversity requirement. Prerequisites: BIOL 1050 and BIOL 1150 or equivalents. (Lecture, 3 hours; laboratory, 3 hours; field trips). (Fall of even-numbered years)
