PADM 5130 - Public Service Ethics

Addresses ethical dilemmas inherent in the tension between organizations and individuals. Concepts include: administrative discretion, organizational roles and role conflicts, organizational norms, procedures and structures, and responsible behavior. Skill development in ethical decision-making is emphasized. Case studies from the public sector are used.Prerequisites: Classified standing in the MPA program.
