Study of the biology of cancer. Discussion of some common types of cancer as well as rare inherited cancer syndromes. Molecular bases, physiological pathology, testing, risk assessment, and treatment for different types of cancer will be covered.Prerequisites: BIOL 3350 or equivalent and graduate standing, or consent of instructor.(Lecture, 2 hours)
