BIOL 5200 - Clinical Embryology(2 Units) Normal and abnormal human embryonic development will e contrasted, with emphasis on congenital malformations and birth defect syndromes. Role of teratogens in embryogenesis will be included. Some examples of actual clinical cases encountered by genetic counselors will be presented.Prerequisites: BIOL 3350 or equivalent and graduate standing, or consent of instructor.(Lecture, 2 hours)
