Roadmap: B.S. in Leadership Studies for Transfers

***FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS *** 

By completing the following Roadmap, you will earn a BS in Leadership Studies. Students should have completed a two-year Transfer with Associate’s Degree program, or a minimum of 60 units completing the GE Areas A through E. The prerequisite for the major is MDIS 2500 Leadership Development or equivalent.

The Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies is an interdisciplinary degree program that blends the understanding of complex organizational and relational dynamics for effective leadership. This program is designed for students who desire an educational opportunity in leadership that is not discipline-specific, but offers an unique curriculum plan designed to integrate their knowledge and nurture their skills and abilities to perform as successful leaders with diverse groups, organizations, their communities and society at large. The program also sponsors a minor in Leadership Studies.

The Roadmap is a recommended advising map to complete the degree program in two years. Please consult your academic advisor as you develop your academic plan.
