***FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS ***
The Art Department promotes the creation and historical understanding of art by offering curriculum that exposes students to a diverse range of art-making processes and a broad spectrum of artistic and intellectual models taught by a highly experienced and energetic faculty of practicing artists and scholars.
Students should have completed a two-year Transfer with Associate’s Degree program, or a minimum of 60 units completing GE Areas A through E. Complete Lower Division prerequisites to Major (18 units) as described in catalog page - www.catalog.csustan.edu
This Roadmap is a recommended advising map to complete the degree program in two years. Please consult your academic advisor as you develop your academic plan.

One of the following courses may be counted towards the 24 units: ART 4920 Art in Action; ART 4945 Visual Arts Internship; Art 4950 Selected Topics in Art; Art 4980 Individual Study
- During Senior Year, participate in required exhibition of graduating BA/BFA candidates (Spring Semester ONLY)
