New Policies
- Revised General Education and Baccalaureate Degree Requirements. On May 8, 2018 and May 29, 2018, the Academic Senate and President Junn approved Academic Senate Resolution 14/AS/18/UEPC/GE - General Education (GE) Breadth & Multicultural Requirements. The revisions are reflected on the Baccalaureate Degree Requirements and General Education Program pages in the catalog.
- Policy Regarding Final Grade Reports On February 13, 2018 and March 22, 2018, the Academic Senate and President Ellen Junn, respectively, approved Academic Senate Resolution 23/AS/17/FAC/UEPC - Amendment to 11/AS/89/EPC. The policy states that “at the end of each term, instructors are required to submit grades to the Enrollment Services Office by 11:59pm on the last academic workday of the fall and spring terms.” The policy is listed in the Grade Assignment and Grade Appeal section of the catalog.
- Student Success Definition On March 27, 2018 and May 1, 2018, the Academic Senate and President Ellen Junn, respectively, approved 7/AS/18/SEC - Stanislaus State Definition of Student Success. The definition is listed on the About Stanislaus State page.
- Structured Exploratory Emphases On February 13, 2018 and March 22, 2018, the Academic Senate and President Ellen Junn, respectively, approved 4/AS/18/UEPC - Structured Exploratory Emphases (SEEs). More information about SEEs is available on the Structured Exploratory Emphases page.
