Requirements

To qualify for this academic minor, students must complete the required number of units with a minimum GPA of 2.0 (C).

(24-26 units)

1. Complete the following lower-division courses (or their equivalent):

(12-14 units)

  • SPAN 1010 - Elementary Spanish I
    and
  • SPAN 1020 - Elementary Spanish II

OR

  • AP exemption (Spanish Literature)

AND

  • SPAN 2010 - Intermediate Spanish I
    and
  • SPAN 2020 - Intermediate Spanish II

OR

  • SPAN 2011 - Spanish for Native Speakers I
    and
  • SPAN 2015 - Spanish for Native Speakers II

OR

  • AP exemption (Spanish Language)

 

2. Complete the following upper-division courses:
