KINS 4700 - Biomechanics(3 Units) This course provides a foundation of biomechanics and their applications to human movement. Anatomical and mechanical principles of human movement will be explored with an emphasis on activities pertaining to sport, exercise, and physical activity. Limited to junior and senior standing Kinesiology majors.
Prerequisites: BIOL 1010/1020, ZOOL 2250, ZOOL 2235, MATH 1600, CHEM 1100 & 1102, KINS 4400.
Hours: (Lecture, 2 hours; laboratory, 3 hours)
