CJ 5340 - Constitutional Law in Criminal Justice Seminar(3 Units) Advanced legal analysis and case study of state criminal laws and the process of criminal justice within the context and constraints of the federal Constitution. Discussion will center on the evolution of procedural due process under the Fourteenth Amendment and Bill of Rights as interpreted by a changing Supreme Court.
Prerequisites: CJ 5320 or consent of instructor.
