CJ 3100 - Legal Research and Writing

Introduction to tools and techniques used by legal professionals to conduct research for and prepare legal documents.  Enables students to write and communicate orally more logically and effectively in legal contexts.

Prerequisites: CJ 2250, 2255 and CJ 2280, or consent of instructor.
