SW 5016 - Social Work Practice with Trauma Survivors

This advanced seminar in social work integrative practice focuses on psychological trauma, the history of traumatology, and the impacts of trauma on the individual, family, and community. Students will learn treatment methods and evidence based practices from a strengths-based, client-centered perspective.

Prerequisites: Admission to the MSW program, and completion of SW 5030 and SW 5031.
