GEOL 2300 - Numerical Analysis of Geologic Data(3 Units) Course covers the various mathematical techniques commonly used by Earth scientists. Includes equation manipulation, trigonometry, logarithms and exponential functions, statistics, matrix algebra, numerical methods for differentiation and integration, and Excel-based computer literacy.
Prerequisites: MATH 1100 or consent of instructor.
