(Formerly EDAD 5820 Educational Leadership, Personnel Management, and Work Experience Project) To acquire an understanding of how the allocation of human and economic resources impacts the effective implementation of a vision of teaching and learning in schools. A 45-hour fieldwork experience project is required.
