NURS 4400 - Community Health Nursing

(3 Units) Theory and principles applied to the nursing role in the promotion of health, risk reduction, and prevention of injury and disease. Analysis of problems related to health and delivery of care at various levels: total population, as well as individuals, families, and groups. (Formerly NURS 3400) Corequisites: NURS 4410. Prerequisites: Admission to the Nursing program, pre-licensure students must follow curricular roadmap or consent of the instructor.
