(3 Units) Theory, procedures, and practice in consultation and supervision for school counselors. Emphasis on consultation and change theory, and organizational development. The role of the school counselor as a consultant to teachers, parents, and administrators and as a supervisor for paraprofessionals and counselor trainees.
